Brussels sprouts get a bad rap. These cute little tiny veggies are delicious little cabbage-like heads, and they can be done so many ways! I personally love them roasted on high heat (450 degrees) with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon for 12-15 minutes, stirring/tossing once or twice. And sometimes instead of lemon I do balsamic. Either way, they’re delicious. And great for you. And super quick and easy when you are using the veggies you’ve got because you don’t want to go to the grocery store again. They’re a staple in our house.
